The duration of the service varies depending on the ceremony booked. The ceremony can be held in groups or individually, depending on the type of work being performed. The tarot reading and shamanic rituals for cleansing the energy field and chakras are performed exclusively on an individual basis.

The fee is specified for each service, and all prices are exclusive of 19% VAT. Pricing may vary depending on whether the work is group or individual, as well as the frequency of service use. Prices are subject to change and will be communicated prior to the conclusion of the contract.

For each ceremony performed, you pay for the shamanic guidance and work of Zvoncica Jedvaj. Through her long-standing connection with powerful techniques from various shamanic traditions, she creates a space for transformation. Her work does not replace a medical consultation, but rather promotes self-awareness, clarity, and supports the strengthening of one's own self-healing powers. I am here to raise your vibrational frequency to the level where change and healing are possible.

After you accept the offer, I am entitled to enter into contracts with third parties in connection with the provision of services. I may resort to third parties to fulfill the contractually owed services.

Unless otherwise agreed, sessions will take place in person, by phone, or online via Zoom. Upon request, it is possible to receive a recording after certain sessions (PLEASE NOTE! Not every session is recorded, and prior notification and consent will be required for recorded sessions).

GENERAL INFORMATION ON CEREMONIES AND MEETINGS

The shamanic ceremonies, sessions, group work, meditations, and tarot readings I offer accompany a free, active, and self-responsible process. A specific outcome cannot be promised, nor is it guaranteed. My content can open new perspectives for you, but only if you allow it and are ready; no one can ever do anything for you. I can show you paths, but what you see is your own responsibility and free choice.

You are entirely responsible for your physical and mental health, both during the ceremonies/power sessions/initiations and all other offerings on my site, as well as afterward. Any actions you may take based on the offerings on my website are your own responsibility.

None of the shamanic services listed here are a substitute for a medical examination. I am not a doctor and do not diagnose or replace medical treatment. The most important part of the entire process is YOU and the integration of all the work done on an energetic level. There is no magic wand that will remove all of our blockages and challenges without us implementing changes ourselves through practices. The integration practice is individual to you and serves to validate and ground all of this energetic work we are doing. And everything we do is for the highest good of all existence and the entire planet, because by changing ourselves, we change the world, and WE ARE READY and THE WORLD IS READY for our new age.

The principle of personal responsibility and free choice applies. You decide how far you want to go with your experience and practice. In other words: your active participation in your processes is absolutely essential.

The principle of personal responsibility also means that if you suffer from mental or physical illness or disability, you are encouraged to consult with professionals beforehand and, if necessary, to involve their active participation. My qualifications and training include taking general precautions into account, but not identifying specific hazards. You should be aware and aware that even gentle exercises and practices can cause physical and psychological stress. These include fatigue, sadness, euphoria, or initial worsening of symptoms. I don't diagnose illnesses or ailments, and I don't cure you. I accompany you, guide you to develop your own innate self-healing powers, and guide you toward your own personal responsibility.

When we talk about illnesses or suffering during our work, it is always to raise awareness or to clarify connections to practical health work.

CONSUMER INFORMATION

The languages available for concluding the contract are German and Croatian.

The presentation of my services on the website does not constitute a binding offer on my part. Only the booking of a service by you constitutes a binding offer according to Section 145 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Upon acceptance of this offer, I will send you a booking confirmation via email. Upon payment, the contract for booking the session or ceremony is concluded between you and me.

The prices I have stated above are final prices without 19% VAT.

The data required to process the contract between you and me will be stored by me and accessible to you at any time. In this regard, I refer you to the privacy policy on my website.

As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following instructions –

CANCELLATION POLICY / RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days of the booked appointment without giving any reason. You are not entitled to a right of cancellation if you expressly agreed upon your booking that the service should begin before the end of the cancellation period. You have thereby effectively waived your right of cancellation. We informed you of this before the purchase was completed.

1. Start of the deadline for booking courses/booking meetings/ceremonies

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The contract is concluded on the day on which you receive a confirmation email from us after successfully booking a ceremony/shamanic power session, etc.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send me an email to info@floresdealegria.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION If you cancel this contract, I will refund all payments received from you within fourteen days of receiving notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

If you made the payment by bank transfer, please provide me with your account details, as I can only see part of your account information on the bank statement.
